    Dear Sir,

    As a motivated and a dedicated student from the very beginning and with a person of strong communication and
    interpersonal skills, I would like to apply for the position of Management Trainee Merchandising in your organization.

    As a co-operative student, I have been involved in all of my school, college and university communities which have
    allowed me to develop strong interpersonal skills. My involvement was in various kinds of events which have allowed
    me to work closely with all of my teachers and faculties.

    These experiences have helped me to develop time management and all kinds of organizational skills including team
    work, which are very important for me. All of my activities have increased my confident greatly which I have
    perceived strongly.

    Interpersonal activities that I believe will make me suitable for Management Trainee Merchandising position:

    Motivation: Volunteer participation and university result demonstrate a high motivation for me. I inspire myself with
    all activities that I have done. These all activities motivate me all the time.

    Communication: Acting in drama and being Class Representative in university, developed my communication skill
    and teach me to maintain a good relationship. I find myself more fluent in communicating with others and to work
    team wise which I believe will be helpful for the internship.

    My teachers have commended me for my willingness to involve in any kind of activities and my dedication to my
    activities as well. I enjoy working with others and I like to take challenges which will help me for the internship.

    I know you will receive a huge number of applications for the internship, but I would be very happy if I find the
    opportunity to do something new and unique than others and I believe you will create the opportunity for me for all
    of my qualities given above.
