Installation:

1. Make sure all the parts are there.


2. 4 pcs. Load cells
3. 1 pcs. Summing junction box
4. 1 pcs. Stainless steel braided “home run cable
5. 4 pcs. Swivel feet (already on load cells)
6. 4 pcs. Spacers
7. 1 pcs. Bag of bolts and washers
8. 4 pcs. Load cell calibration and wire color code certificate
9. 1 pcs. Indicator set up manual
10. 1 pcs. Lp7516 LCD indicator

Platform senario installation:


make sure you have a good surface drill holes where you would place the load cells, tap the drilled
holes 1/2-13 UNC screws provided to secure the load cells.
You should use 4 corners, the swivel feet should not hand outside of your frame, it should be under the
frame, to avoid hitting it, with forklifts or other farm equipments. Frame

do all 4 load cells than mount junction box, after wiring the load cell into the screw in terminals
according to load cell color code and TEXT. Look for EX+, EX-, Sig+, Sig-, on the summing card.
Than wire also Home Run stainless steel cable to indicator, if you like to test the unit before mounting
the summing box under the platform, connect all load cells, connect the home run cable, make sure all
load cells are on flat surface Arrows of the load cells at the feet side pointing UP towards the frame,
ground should be hard, make sure all the feet are firm touching the firmly the ground (concrete, asphalt
etc.) than connect the indicator and power it up see if the unit goes to Zero. Press on the corners by the
load cells to see if every load cell is reacting the number will change on the LP7516 indicator, if that
test worked than mount the junction box under the frame make the load cell wires neat under the now
scale, and find a weight you know if (human, test weight, something you know the weight of) than
proceed to calibrate the scale.
