1.The rainy season begins right after the summer season.
2.Rainfall gives relief from the heat, which makes people happy.
3.The rainy season starts in june which lasts till september.
4. With the arrival of southwest monsoon wind, monsoon season starts in
the southern regions of india.
5. It brings happiness on the face of farmers as rain helps them in growing
their crops.

Ans:The climate of India is influenced by a host of interacting factors. These
include latitude, elevation, nearby water, ocean currents, topography,
vegetation,and prevailing winds.
Q3:What is the difference in the winter climate between the north & south
india?
Ans:The climate in Northern India is generally cool and dry in winters and
very hot in summers while the temperatures are high throughout the year in
Southern India with high humidity due to proximity to the sea.
Q4: What is the role of weather disturbances in the winter season?
Ans:Weather Disturbances plays an important role in bringing moderate to heavy
rain in low-lying areas and heavy snow to mountainous areas of the Indian
Subcontinent especially in winter.
Q5: Difference between summer season and winter season?
Ans:One of the main difference is that summer is hot outside and winter is cold.
Temperatures in summer can reach over 100 degrees Fahrenheit, while in winter it
can be below zero degrees Celsius. During the winter, people can enjoy
sledding(the activity of travelling or sliding downhillover snow on a sledge).
Summer is mostly full of sunshine, while winter is very cold and has a lot of snow.
