    ME: I'm having trouble controlling my time.

    IG: What do you mean?

    ME: I push my assignments aside unlit the deadline. Everything I've been working on has

    stacked up.

    IG: Let's decompose your assignments into a timetable.

    ME: OK.

    I realized that before anyone gets help, they must pay attention. Before their Inner Guide could

    assist them in solving their personal difficulties, they must first comprehend through listening.
