Group 4 Reflection Paper on Group 7 Presentation

SERVANTHOOD LEADERSHIP IN THE GOVERNMENT

A servant leader not only leads while serving, but is also backed by many followers who work
just as hard to implement key ideas. To that goal, they establish a sphere of influence that
encourages perspective-taking. Discuss potential future plans.

The distinctive quality of a servant leader is that they prioritize the success, personal
development, and well-being of those they lead and manage over their own goals. They view
their success as being determined by the accomplishments of their staff, which gives them
more motivation to set a good example and support the development of their group.

The servant leader fosters the never-ending cycle of everyone helping everyone and receiving
the support that everyone needs by providing value for the community and inspiring others
to feel compelled to give back.
Servant leadership prioritizes the needs, development, and welfare of followers. In other
words, these kinds of leaders put the needs of their company, their workers, and the
community above their own.
