To improve students’ performance in leadership skills and
produce functionally literate individuals for continuous
improvement of AFMNHS through the leadership force
collaborative sharing of efforts to improve achievement of
objectives and activities aligned in SSLG General Plan of Action
and to practice to nurture and better serve our learners.
This training aims to identify student’s needs and improvement
of their performance for the School Year 2024-2025 and cater
their leadership development plan as reflected in the SSLG
General Plan of Action, this level of practice to address their
need for continuous improvement to nurture and better serve
lifelong learners.
Enhanced students leadership and management skills towards
leading and managing the school of learners and to address their
needs in the delivery of leadership skill quality education that
will contribute meaningfully in our school.
Students who are committed efficient, effective, responsible and
accountable of their performance as leaders of learning for the
21st century.
