A RESOLUTION ASKING FOR A FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO COVER THE EXPENSES FOR

SCHOOL BASED LEADERSHIP TRAINING CAMP

WHEREAS, the Alejandro Firmeza Memorial National High School will hold an School Based
Leadership Training Camp on January 5-6, 2024 .The total expense for the School Based Leadership
Training Camp is P 5,500.00.

WHEREAS, School Based Leadership Training Camp is an annual activity that is sponsored by the
Supreme Secondary Learners Government.

WHEREAS, there is a need to purchase materials and prizes to ensure the active participation of
the students in different activities.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Denver Fermase Supreme Secondary Learners Government

Treasurer and Jade Michelle Fajaro Supreme Secondary Learners Government Auditor.

BE IT RESOLVED AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Supreme Secondary Learners Government

Officers of Alejandro Firmeza Memorial National High School, headed by John Christian Delgado is
asking for financial Assistance to cover the Expenses for the School Based Leadership Training
Camp.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish the copies of the resolution to furnished to Melajie Nullada
Supreme Secondary Learners Government Secretary, Jonadhe Mondaje, SSLG Adviser and Elma M.
Santacera, PhD, Principal II for their information and appropriate action.

Done at AFMNHS, this 11th day of December in the year of our Lord Two Thousand and Twenty-
Three.
