Dominique is a learner-centered educator who is committed to his subject area because, in his view, by
implementing learner-centered psychological principles, learners are the primary educational focus in a
classroom. He also supports learning by empowering learners to reflect on their learning and take
responsibility for it and in attaining their full potential by providing guidance, encouragement, and
resources, he also builds trust by being open and genuine with his learners, which helps him create a
classroom environment where learners can assimilate information more efficiently. I discovered that
teachers are under pressure to deliver curriculum and instruction in a learner-centered manner because
this has an effect on how children learn as a result of the way teachers instruct. Because, teachers serve
as role models for learners throughout the learning process, when teachers utilize more learner-
centered teaching in the classroom, learners' learning skills and methods grow or greatly improve. I
would definitely advise and encourage anyone, especially those learners who are enrolled in an
educational program because this will really help you handle and develop the learners and will also
assist you to become a better teacher to everyone, not only the learners.
