5. Proposed Salary Gross: 18,000 *paid every 5th and 20th of each calendar
month

7. Shift Pattern Shifting Schedule

8. Annual Leave 6, entitlement after 6 months or upon regularization

9. Medical Leave 6, entitlement after 6 months or upon regularization
10. Public Holidays 12
11. HMO HMO without dependents, entitlement after 6 months or upon
regularization
12. Notice Period to NTT 30 days
