JOB SATISFACTION AND JOB PERFORMANCE OF TEACHERS IN ST.

COLLEGE OF BANSALAN INC. IN THE NEW NORMAL

Research Objective

The main purpose of this study is to determine the significant influence of

investigating the impact of Job Satisfaction and Job Performance of Teachers in St.

Mary’s College of Bansalan, Inc. in the new normal. Moreover, it seeks to answer the

following objectives:

1. To determine the level of job satisfaction of SMCBI Teachers in terms of:

1.1 Supervision,

1.2 Colleagues,

1.3 Working Conditions,

1.4 Pay,

1.5 Responsibility,

1.6 Work Itself,

1.7 Advancement,

1.8 Security; and

1.9 Recognition.

2. To ascertain the level job performance of SMCBI Teachers in terms of:

2.1 Teaching Skills,

2.2 Management Skills,

2.3 Discipline and Regularity; and

2.4 Interpersonal Relations.


3. To establish the significant relationship between Job Satisfaction and Teacher’s Job

Performance of SMCBI Teachers in the new normal.

4. To determine what domain of job satisfaction best predicts the Teacher’s Job

Performance of SMCBI in the New Normal.
