Overall GF HVAC layout is acceptable, however contractor to follow:
1. Kitchen area HVAC layout is not approved. Contractor to update the HVAC layout only for the kitchen area and submit
separately with revised calculations for review and approval.
2. Duct coming from the Unit RFT-7-2A serving the food court and the dining area has to be modified by removing the
branches serving food court and either to re-route the duct to the dining area or to be reconsidered the CFM's while doing
the kitchen load calculations.
3. Two return grills in the multi-purpose room to be extended to accommodate the additional1900 CFM's of fresh air for the
toilet areas.
4. All toilets to be negatively pressurized.
5. Grills, diffusers, VAV's and thermostat locations, quantities and sizes to be as per the approved RCP layout.
6. Follow comments in the drawing. Coordination with other disciplines is contractor's responsibility.
