Okay, so this is how you make a form in HubSpot.

So we're gonna go up to marketing,

we'll go down to lead capture,

and then up to forms.

Click in the upper right to create a form and choose what type of form you would want.

For the video sample, “Embedded Form” is chosen

Templates can be selected in the future, located in the left side under “Templates”

Select Blank Template

From the left side, click and drag details needed (First Name, Last Name, Email, etc.)
