1. Reference: Memorandum from CS dated July 15, 2021 with same subject

2. This pertains to the scheduled Validation of Global “Lingkod Bayan”

Advocacy Support Group and Force Multipliers at Police Regional Office 4B wherein
the Validation Team from DPCR and PCADG will conduct validation in the different
PPOs of PRO 4B.

3. In this regard, all concerned Sections Chiefs are directed to ensure the
following tasking and submit actions taken to this office NLT July 16, 2021 and
further submit After Activity Report.

C, BPS To provide the following:

a. Provide BP personnel to control the flow of traffic
behind the PNP Grandstand;
b. Ensure that no vehicle is parked near the helipad.
C, BFS To provide the following:
a. Ensure availability of firetruck with crew to standby at
the PNP Transformation Oval during the activity; and
b. Perform other tasks as directed or as necessary.
