SUBJECT : Tasking re Courtesy Call of REAR ADMIRAL ADELUIS S

BORDADO, 39th Flag-Officer-In-Command, Philippine Navy

DATE : July 13, 2021

1. Reference: Memorandum from D, HSS dated July 13, 2021 with the same
subject as above.

2. This pertains to the courtesy call of RADM BORDADO to the CPNP on

July 14, 2021 (Wednesday) at 10:00 AM at the OCPNP, National Headquarters,
Camp BGen Rafael T Crame, Quezon City.

3. In this regard, all concerned Sections Chiefs are directed to ensure the
following tasking and submit actions taken to this office NLT July 14, 2021 and
further submit After Activity Report.

C, EHGS To provide the following:

a) One platoon (2x9) plus guide;
b) National Flag and PNP Color with bearer and
guards;
c) One guidon with bearer;
d) Foyer Honors in case of Plan B.

C, WPS To provide the following:

a) One platoon (2x9) plus guide; and
b) Foyer Honors in case of Plan B.

C, NPBSS To ensure the following:

a) Clear the NHQ PNP Building lobby area of
unauthorized persons and waiting guests
before and during the activity; and
b) Cleanliness of the NHQ PNP Building including
its driveway.

C, BPS To provide the following:

a) Parking security and traffic personnel to
maintain and control the flow of traffic in front
 of the NHQ PNP Building;
b) “Follow Me” vehicle to guide the vehicles of the
visiting delegation and to be prepositioned at
Gate 1 of the Camp; and
c) Parking area for the visitors.
d) Ensure temporary closure of Gate 2 during the
arrival honors.

C, Band To provide appropriate music during the rehearsal

and actual activity.

C, QRP To provide overt security in the venue and its

premises.
