1) Performance Venue: ‘B’ is responsible for all expenses for the rental of the venue for the ‘this

performance’.

2) Accommodation

- ‘Eul’ recruits local hotels and provides them to artists and all staff.

- When making a hotel reservation, ‘B’ must consult with ‘A’ about the hotel and room
assignment, and make an agreement with the hotel in advance so that ‘A’s staff and artist room
stay on the same floor as much as possible.

3) meals

- ‘B’ provides all meals to the artists and staff during their stay in the Philippines for the ‘main
performance’.

4) Performance production

- ‘B’ is in charge of all production matters necessary for this performance.

- 'B' actively cooperates with 'A' or the person designated by 'A' to realize directing and planning
matters.

5) Practice room provided

- ‘Eul’ provides a practice room where rehearsals can be held the day before the performance for
a smooth performance.

6) Guards and Vehicles

- ‘B’ will deploy vehicles (2 vans, 1 bus) and bodyguards from airport entry to hotel, hotel to
event venue, event venue, event venue to hotel, hotel to airport departure for the artist’s security.

7) Interpretation

- ‘B’ arranges guides for interpretation at the airport, departure and arrival, and inside the event
venue.

8) Insurance

- ‘B’ purchases insurance to cover the accidents of ‘A’s staff and artists. ‘A’ delivers the list to ‘B’ 30
days prior to the performance so that ‘B’ can purchase insurance in the Philippines.

1. Including copyright scenarios of this performance, films, laser tapes, video tapes, laser video
CDs, digital records, and other types of music video products related to the content of this
concert

Ownership and copyright of all copyrights are solely owned by 'A'.

2. If 'B' sells this copyrighted product under the concept of an agency, it proceeds with prior
approval or authorization from 'A'.

3. 'B' and 'A' can decide by distributing the profits under mutual agreement if a third party
sponsors this performance,

‘B’ must fully discuss with ‘A’ in advance about the benefits provided to the sponsor, and ‘A’ and
“Artist” have no obligation to proceed with the content that ‘A’ is not aware of.

'B' must resolve this at his own cost and responsibility and indemnify 'A'.

Revenue distribution and cost execution

After ticket sales are complete

- 1st cost execution on October 1st

Expenses net25 spent until October 1st to prepare for the performance

- October 30th 2nd cost execution

Of the total amount net25 used to prepare for the performance, the cost excluding the amount of
the first cost execution + 10% of the ticket sales cost
