DAY 4 NSTP Class Orientation

The topic in day 4 orientation was UNDERSTANDING SELF AND OTHERS. It was prepared by

Athena Charane Presto for our NSTP. The orientation began with the question of what is the self?

The saying here is formed in relation to other people. That's all I remember because that's a lot. he

said as if the self was a huge concept and he said it was just easy. She began to explain about the

self. She also said why it is important to know the self, Understanding the self helps us identify our

role, and in turn, possible contribution to the lives of others. She is good at teaching and you won't be

bored because what he says will all relate to me. She also teaches different conceptions of the self as

we only need to figure it out who this self is. She also showed a Johari window so that students could

better understand what she was teaching. She also taught here what we can do as students for nation

building, and this is to recognize that our sense of self may vary with other people and many others

mentioned. The orientation lasted 36 minutes and 36 seconds enough to learn what the self really is.
