property of the Contractor. We further acknowledge that any and all financial or other
information contained in the ITB Documents or otherwise disclosed in the course of the
Bidding process shall be considered PROPRIETARY INFORMATION of the Contractor.

We have reviewed ITB Documents and confirm with an “X” below items:
