The calculation for Progress Payment is as below:

Progress Payment = Work Quantity * Unit Price * Weighted Factor of applicable Stage/Step

The measurement of Work Quantity is referred to “appendix E (Definition and Measurement

for Work) – Sec. IV Appendix – Overseas standard contract and ITB” and calculated by
discipline.

Unit Price is identified according to each contract between Contractor and Subcontractors.

Construction discipline is divided to each Work Stage/Step and Weighted Factor is decided by
the Work Stage/Step. Refer to following contents for Weighted Factor of Work Stage/Step.
