"Rebuilding fences into bridges"
Our DEI Activity/Program proposal

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is our everyday reality. We respect
and encourage uniqueness and potential regardless of your race,
gender, culture, sexual orientation, or disability. Me, together with
my partner Ms. Haedi, We made a proposal that will promote
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion inside De La Salle – College of Saint
Benilde.

We want to engage more people who respect and are practicing

the Lasallian Core Values, also to provide opportunities to share
their ideas. Our aim is to create an environment where everyone
feels included and able to bring their whole selves to work. This
plan is designed to provide equal opportunities for everyone to
contribute, grow and feel valued.

We will create a Facebook and Instagram page for our “Best Me.
"Rebuilding fences into bridges" initiative. Through this social
media platform, students and other staff of Benilde has an
opportunity to voice out, and they can share their stories or
insights.

We also want to conduct a webinar about Diversity, Equity, and

Inclusion. We will invite a guest speaker that has experienced a lot
through her life and overcame it. She is Jessica Cox from the USA.
