Reflective journal 1- Cha cha Cha 

 
 
It is an excellent cardiovascular workout that also tones your legs, glutes, and core.
Looking to make new friends and meet new people? Dance classes are an excellent
way to carry this out! Dancing has been shown to help with stress relief and even brain
health. 

Cha cha cha can be used to express oneself. It can aid in the telling of a story, the
expression of feelings and emotions, and the connection with others and with ourselves.
Body movement has the potential to be both expressive and communicative. It can be
used as a form of self-expression in which words are not needed because the body
does all the talking! My performance in doing cha cha cha is not 100% right. I must
learn more about practicing the steps correctly and engage it to a higher level of
performance.
