11 – 14 YEARS OLD (SUMMARIZED VERSION)

For this stage…

 Describe the picture

 In this picture, I am holding a microphone and a lollipop. (AGUILAR)

 In this picture, the persons I am with are my best friends. This picture was taken in 2016 in our former school. I am 14 years old at this
time and we are still in middle school. We took this picture when it was the time of class pictures of the students in the whole school. We
took a separate photo because we realized that we do not have a formal group picture. (DELA CRUZ)
 This picture is taken when we are already going home after having fun in Enchanted Kingdom. (ESTRADA)
 [11 yrs old] The people in the picture are my relatives on my father's side and we are happy and some of us are frustrated because of the
hot weather.
[12 yrs old] The people in this picture are happy and teary eyed.
[13 yrs old] The people in this picture are happy as they are reunited with each other.
[14 yrs old] They are happy as they got each of them a recognition and a medal. (IÑIGO)
 This picture was taken at school after a recognition event. (MANZANO)
 This picture was taken at my former school, and the person who took this picture was my friend Czarina. It was the foundation celebration
of our school. (NARAG)
 This picture was taken at my grandparent’s house and having fun with my cousins. (PAPARES)

Most of us describe our designated pictures as taken in the most memorable places shared together with our loved ones.
Actually, majority answered that it was taken at their former schools because somebody said that she has taken the photo with
her best friends at her former school for their first formal group picture; one groupmate said that it was taken at school after a
recognition event; the other one said that it was also taken at her former school in the time of celebrating their foundation day.
On the contrary, but on the same reason that they are with their loved ones, one said it taken after having fun with her loved
ones in Enchanted Kingdom; and the other person described hers as it was taken at her grandparent’s house together with her
cousins.

However, there is one that answered differently. Aguilar described the picture that she is holding a microphone and a lollipop,
plainly.

 What event/happening can you recall clearly at this age

 As far as I remember, it was taken during the feast of Sto. Nino in Tondo. My sister asked me to sing. (AGUILAR)
 I remember that I always spend my time in school. And due to that reason, I always spend time with my best friends. Every after dismissal,
we always go to our favorite fast-food restaurant chains, McDo and Jollibee. Actually, we call them the haven of MaScians because the said
fast-food restaurant chains are full of MaScians always. In that restaurant, we always eat there for our merienda’s or our pre-dinner meal.
After eating, we always talk about ourselves and the happenings in the school. We always study there, and we teach each other in our most
strength subject. (DELA CRUZ)
 The event that is happening here is me and my family goes to Enchanted Kingdom unexpectedly to have a family bonding together.
(ESTRADA)
 [11 yrs old] My family planned to have our summer vacation in our province and went to the Hundred Islands in Alaminos Pangasinan.
[12 yrs old] It was my graduation at that time, and we got a picture of my favorite teachers in grade school and they are also the favorite
teachers of my eldest sister.
[13 yrs old] My aunt came from abroad that got home after 5 years is that we are being united with each other.
[14 yrs old] This is my grade 8 recognition day as for the first time being an honor student and getting a medal for the best conduct of our
section. (IÑIGO)
 I remember receiving a certificate for being a top student in my class. This stage was an achievement for me because I tried my very best
being the top student even if it is only within our class. Because of the bad things that I experienced way back when I was a child, I always
pull back my potential because I was scared being bullied again. I always remain quiet in class and lost my motivation in going to school,
but I still mustered courage for the first time and made my parents proud with this. (MANZANO)
 The event I remembered clearly in this stage is that it was my first time to fell in love (at a very young age I know I am so sorry) and of
course, it did not last long that is why I became so bitter lol. (NARAG)
 I remember that we just arrive at the province where my grandparent lives, and we are happy to see each other. (PAPARES)

Majority shared that the most memorable event/happenings that we recall at this stage is journeys and adventures with our
close friends and families. One talked about her memories of her best friends that they always spend time together because
their time were always greatly allotted in school than in their homes. They always spend time reviewing the lessons discussed
in the near fast-food restaurants around their school and always hangout every after dismissal. One shared that she and her
family impulsively went to EK to have a family bonding. The other said that she and her family spent their vacation time
together in their province and went to Hundred Islands in Alaminos Pangasinan; then after 2 years, her aunt came home from

abroad and reunited with each other. The other remembered that one time they just arrived at their province where her
grandparents lived, and they were happy to see each other.
Few remembered their achievements in school like one remembered receiving her certificate for being a top student in my
class. Despite being bullied and unmotivated, and it made her parents proud with her achievement, the other was her first time
being an honor student and got a medal for the best conduct of their section in grade 8. Also, in her graduation in elementary,
she shared that she got a picture of her favorite teachers in grade school and they were also the favorite teachers of her eldest
sister.

However, there is one that has a different answer among us for the one happening that she remembers that most is that it
was her first time to fell in love. But it did not last long that is why she became pessimist in love (or bitter).

 Who was the person you remember the most at this stage

not for her. (AGUILAR)

[12 yrs old] The person that I remembered the most is my teachers.
[13 yrs old] The person that I remembered the most is my aunt that got home in the country.

and her always bickering into who will be the one receiving the certificate on stage with me. (MANZANO)
 The person I remember here in this stage are my friends, because I was closer to them compared to my family. (NARAG)

Majority of our group mostly remember their families and friends for they are the ones that spend the most time with them in
this stage. On the contrary, others answered it is her younger self that remembers the most, and the other one is her teachers.

the same time. For instance, I called for help from my friends to help me tutor me at this particular subject because I could not understand

learning how to swim. (PAPARES)

For most of us, the significant/s change happened to us at this stage are few learned to explore themselves; one learned what

time; other learned how to appreciate what I or my family have and to never compare her family’s lives to anyone just because
other families have things that they don’t have; one learned how to take care of her grandparents, she also learned how to
