The difference in job summary:

The ABC hotel is looking for the person who is filled with energy and loves to communicate with new
people. A person who is good with multi-tasking and also can go miles to fulfil the needs of guests.

On the contrary, the job summary of XYZ hotel is quite straight forward and they only want a person
who is talented and hard-working.

The responsibilities are same but there are responsibilities which different from both the job
postings:

If I want to apply for one of these jobs, I would be applying for ABC hotel’s front desk manager as I
am pursuing hospitality and tourism management. I am an outgoing person who loves to talk to new
people, I believe I have good communication skills, leadership quality, multitask, problem solving
and time management. As I am working in McDonalds, I am gaining experience for handling
customers and fulfilling their requirements. I think these skills and education requirements are
suited with my profile.
