 Why CDC Is Involved in Global Immunization

The process of immunizing oneself against disease through

vaccination results is immunization. Immunization is a wise choice and
investment because it is both affordable and has a variety of wonderful
and beneficial effects wherein some of which are:

Immunization saves lives, numerous diseases are now

preventable by vaccines such as measles, tetanus, and the prevalent
CoVid-19. Vaccinations must therefore be given beginning at a young
age since they have an impact on not only the person getting them but
also his or her society. Immunization also safeguards the economy
since when diseases spread, it creates economic instability that causes
financial problems that include rising living costs. It would be difficult to
sustain and continue therefore, prevention by vaccines is better than
cure. Lastly, immunization protects us against diseases, it also enables
us to interact in a safer manner without having to think that we might
get infected or infect others. Therefore, immunization is crucial and acts
as the backbone of primary healthcare because it saves lives,
safeguards economic stability, and ensures a safe and healthy
community.

Summary of the Article

 In general, the text features made it easier for me to comprehend the entire article, including
its message and goal—the need for global immunization. Although the article's title refers to
the CDC's involvement in global immunization, it outlines three reasons why universal access
to vaccines is essential as well as why everyone must come together.

This helped me comprehend the article's subject matter, the significance of global immunization,
and the role that the CDC plays in it.

Provided me information regarding the topic of the article's portion or part. For instance, just by
reading the heading "Immunization protects the economy" I was able to infer that this section is
all about how immunization decreases financial crises on a personal, soecietal, and economic
level.

For the first picture, I am able to infer that receiving an immunization makes people happy
because they are aware that they are among those who have access to potentially life-saving
immunizations and that, after receiving one, they are safe and healthy.

The second picture helped me fully comprehend the article's meaning. On how immunizations
must be administered because the public needs it so badly. How each of us, not just the CDC,
needs to be involved and aware of the significance of immunizations, especially for people who
have difficulty accessing healthcare that ensures their safety and the protection of others around
them.
