IV. Rationale:

Researchers have previously shown that a person’s IQ or the Intelligence


Quotient is highly influenced by genetic factors. This means: If our Parents were smart,
there’s a big possibility that We could adapt their thinking skills, but this doesn’t end
like this. Our lifestyle has a big factor on our well-being. Our experiences taught us,
shape us, and mold our personalities.
The Project “Read More, Write Better” will help the Teachers and the
Learners and the Netizens as well to participate and stretch their brain muscles for a
clearer mind and a better living. The Proponents of the project believe that everybody
has the potential to be smart.
Read More, Write Better Project will help the Teachers to enhance their
teaching skills so that they could teach the learners more effectively.

This Project will encourage the young learners to speak out about their opinions
in our Society through writing. As early as their age, It is important for them to have
an awareness about what is happening in their environment. This would help them
enhance their thinking skills as well as their writing skills that they will surely use on
their higher level of education.

The Project will also help the Netizens to enhance and exercise their braincells as
the Learners will provide articles that can read by anyone who’s interested.

Project Objectives:

1. Enhance and level up their critical thinking.

2. Increase their awareness on what is happening in our society.

3. Learners can feature anything by just sitting on their chair.

4. Netizens will have an Interest on reading articles that matters about environment.

5. Proponents will encourage many people to join and follow their Online facebook page and
let their followers involved on reading and writing articles about things that matter.

6. Teachers will likely to include activities wherein the learners will enhance their Thinking
capacity and their writing skills as well.
V. Project Description:

Everyone have the right to speak about their opinions but not all CAN. Either they are
too shy on expressing their thoughts and feelings or not interested to speak out at all.

The Proponents of this project believe that being smart can be gain by exercises and
experiences. Everyday is a chance to improve and enhance our mind and personalities.

This Project will propose and conduct a Youth Journalism Contest in Elementary
wherein they have their representatives to different Writings like Editorial Writing, Science
Writing, Sports Writing , etc. And Winners will receive ribbons and certificates.

This Project will introduce an Online Page in Facebook to the learners where they can
write and send their articles to the proponents.

Through the Online page the proponents of this project believe and assume that they
could continue and make the page alive until the learners or the contributors become a Good
or even a Professional Writers in Future.

Anyone can contribute to this Project and at the same time they will also benefit.
