Project Description The project entitled BIDA Teacher is characterized by the
significant qualities of an exemplary teacher which means
Brave, Inspirational, Dedicated, and Assiduous. 
Effective exemplary teacher must possess virtues and
qualities that help fostering students in a holistic way of
development, a proficiency in all dynamic factors, and
various aspects in prolific lifelong learners. Appreciation
and understanding relationship practices between
scholastic achievements and emotional well-being. The
concept statements include the process of a great
educator incorporated with their journey of being a learner
to a great leader and being an apprentice to an expertise,
initiating experiences, teaching methods, efficient
teaching principles, and embracing professionalism with
corresponding responsibilities at the same time. This
conceptual paper introduces teaching philosophy beyond
excellence, imitations, and modesty. It aims for realistic
experiment, factual testimonies of a chosen exemplary
teacher applying and examining philosophies of education
In this case, a group of students from NLEC 2 of the
Philippine Normal University in Mindanao will conduct a

The Article aims to; 

1. Recognize the life experiences, opportunities, and


teaching philosophies of an educator who is a product of
PNU. 
2. Justify a teacher's commitment to taking on
Specific Objectives responsibilities embodied in a moral code and merits, to
exercising educational leadership, and to raising students
with integration and excellence. 
3. Recognize educational goals and practices, respect
differences, practice discipline, discover multiple
intelligences, and develop more concise teaching theories
that benefit oneself and society.
