C. PURPOSE AND JUSTIFICATION OF EACH ITEM IN THE PROPOSAL


TUITION FEE 70% Alloted for equitable basic salary of all school
personnel, retirement benefits, allowance and
other fringe benefits and faculty development
20% Alloted for improvement of instructional, library,
laboratory facilities, for student services and
other extension services.
10% Alloted for return of investment
Registration Fee To finance rising cost of stationaries and office/school supplies
Medical/Dental/Optical Professional fees of external Doctor, Dentist & Optician and
the purchase of over the counter medicines for emergencies.
School ID For more durable, improved and presentable ID
Athletic Fee For the cost of additional & more modern athletic supplies
Mineral Water For the increasing cost of mineral drinking water and cooling
facilities
Instructional To cover cost of materials, photocopies, encoding and printing
Materials/Test Papers of needed forms and test papers.
Group Insurance & To cover cost of annual insurance premium of all pupils in and
Security Services out of school premises and to cover cost of Security
personnel.
Computer, Lab & To cover additional maintenance cost of computers and
Audio Visuals/Library audio/library charges.
Electricity & Water For any unpredictable increase on electricity and water utility
charges.
Publication Fee To increase circulation of The Harp, School News Paper.
Laboratory/Science To purchase additional apparatuses and other laboratory

Financial report was presented by the PTA Treasurer Cyd Charisse Merca.

2. Foundation and Family Day 2018

Proposed plan of program was presented by TIC F. Inigo. The following will
be the activities for the celebration of the Foundation and Family Day:
a. Thanksgiving/Graduation Mass will be celebrated on March 23, 2018 at 9:30 in
the morning;
b. Blessing of the Newly Covered Court
c. Lunch

- Raffle Draw
- Bingo Bonanza
- Lunch

3. Candon City Tobacco Festival Marching Band Competetion

The total number of participants and schedules of practices was finalized.

4. Outreach Mission

An optical mission was scheduled on March 22, 2018 at 8:00AM.

5. Proposed increase on School Fees/Charges for SY 2017-2018

A proposed 5% increase on fees/charges was presented by TIC F. Inigo.


After short discussions and explanation, no major objection was raised. In
conformity to the agreement, parent’s signatures were taken, hereto attached.
Since no other matter was on the table, the meeting was adjourned at 3:22PM.
