LACK OF PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR AND COMMITMENT

The APS management considers its employees to be of good professional standing among the
students and their colleagues in all her/his conduct and behaviour. Any mode of behaviour
contrary to this is considered against the policies of the management and work ethics that
you have agreed to when you signed your contract with the APS.
You have been found behaving contrary to the expected code of conduct of the employee
multiple times which includes:
A. Spreading rumours regarding school’s efforts to improve quality of teaching and
learning.
B. Openly resenting the instructions regarding preparations for classroom teaching
like lesson planning.
C. Preparing lesson plans without following the given rubrics which amounts
carelessness and wilful begrudging and reluctance.
D. Sending rude, unethical, and covert, rebellious messages to group only meant for
professional communication.

It has also been brought to our notice that your approach to students or certain students is
rude and not helpful to create conducive and advantageous environment which should
enhance the students’ aptitude towards learning and thereby the learning outcomes.

We urge you to remember that all our academic manoeuvring is for the wholesome
education of each and every child and teaching and learning in any discipline would require
a considerate understanding of the pupils you are teaching. We also would like to point out
that in the past we have warned you multiple times regarding your indiscrete comments and
unfavourable communication with your colleagues rendering the educational directives
ineffective and thereby leaving the teaching and learning and other transactions adversely
affected. And, on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 you sent messages are of malafide intentions
misleading the entire teacher community at APS and falsifying the good intentions of the
educational leadership of the section.

We are but compelled to serve you this show cause notice for the crude message that you
have send to your colleagues on date as specified above.
Whereas, we would like to inform you that you are hereby strongly instructed to
explain in writing why actions should not be taken against you within 1 days’ time of
serving this notice.
