My life plan is simple. I like to go with the flow since in the past I set a lot of
goals whether my personal and professional aspects of my life that were ambitious
but I couldn’t come true. In a professional aspect, I am going to study a technician
program at the sena that is related to accounting in organizations. I sent my
application last week and next week I will take the first test to see if I’m suitable for
the program and I’m able to continue to study.
In the personal aspect of my life, I struggle with mental health and physical issues.
That is why I want to focus on things that bring joy in my life. Drawing and painting
are my pleasure. My plan is to focus on healing some of these issues with therapy and
create new things. These are my goals on this aspects:
❖ Improving my drawing skills.
❖ Try new styles of drawing.
❖ Doing more journaling.
❖ Drawing some sketches 15 minutes per day.
Also I want to apply some lifestyle changes to my routine. I don’t eat as many
vegetables as I would like to, I do not exercise at all and I don’t take as much care of
my sleeping as I have to. My plan is:
❖ Start with baby steps eating vegetables at lunch. I would like to try eating
vegetables 2 days per week.
❖ I track down my sleeping using my cell phone and smartwatch and I have a
sleeping schedule. I am planning to create a sleeping routine that can help me
sleep the 10 hours of sleep I need.
❖ In the nighttime do not use a mobile device or be in social media after 9 p.m.
❖ I have skipped breakfast for 12 years by now, I will change that by eating
breakfast at 8 a.m.
❖ As for exercise, I don’t like to run, or go to the gym. However I’m planning to
walk to the Simon Bolivar Park in the afternoon, at 5 p.m. Generally it takes 10
minutes of walking.
After I settle down in this country I want to get a job in this country, live in a small
town where I can find a quiet place to live, a place that is not so cold but not so hot
and move out my family and my pets.
