My name is Nayla Medina Binti Hadyan from

Today, I would like to talk about cleanliness


and healthy.

Cleanliness is one of the best ways to protect


yourself from getting sick. (Therefore, here is
the tips for personal hygiene.)

So I want to tell you about (the tips for)


personal hygiene

So,
We start with practise the personal hygiene

Tips no 1
Take regular shower. You should (take a
shower daily. It is recommended to take a)
shower twice a day. When you taking a shower
not only to keep you clean but also to make
you feel fresh. It is also will wash away all
viruses.
Tips no 2
wash your hand frequently. Washing your hand
is the best way to stop germ from spreading.
Especially during covid 19. We must wash our
hand properly using soap or hand sanitizer. The
soap or handsanitizer can kill all the virus and
we will be save from any deceas.

Tips no 3 maintain oral hygiene


It is mean you need to brush your teeth twice a
day. do not eat sugary food. The sugary food is
not only bad food for your diet but also
will bring bacteria inside your mouth. so please
be aware of the oral hygiene to keep clean and
healthy.

Tips no 4 trim your nail


You must trim your nails regulary to keep them
short and clean. So that, it will helps you
prevent spreading germs into mouth and other
body opening.

I hope you will practise all the tips for personal


hygiene that I talk about. Remember this is
may be simple but this simple act can help you
to be clean and away from viruses and germ
that will effect our health. Stay safe and keep
