SUBJECT: National Orientation on Risk-informed Planning, Monitoring &

Evaluation of the Safe Reopening of Early Childhood Education

The Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) Council has issued guidelines through
ECCDC Advisory No. 8, s. of 2022 to ensure that reopening of National Child Development
Centers (NCDCs)/Child Development Centers (CDCs), Private Learning Centers (PLCs) and
Alternative Delivery Modes (ADMs) in the country is well-planned, adequately resourced and
involved different key stakeholders.

To ensure that Local Government Units (LGUs) are capacitated on risk-informed planning,
monitoring and provision of technical assistance to NCDCs/CDCs, PLCs and ADMs in the
locality, the ECCD Council is inviting all LGUs to the National Orientation on
Risk-informed Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation of the Safe Reopening of Early
Childhood Education via Zoom on January 10 & 11, 2023 at 9:00-11:00 AM.
