My cooperating teacher, Mr. Patrick G. Mamilic, is a kind of teacher that has two sides.

Inside
the classroom, he is a kind of teacher who takes his lesson/discussion seriously. If one of his students is
being naughty, he would give a warning to prevent it to disrupt the class. And outside the class, he is a
kind of teacher where everyone could approach him easily. Also, I love how his students respects him
especially his advisory students. I mean the students knew what time to be naughty and not.

In terms of his teaching strategies, I like how he encourage the students to socialize to everyone
in class especially in those classes where there are huge number of students by giving them group
activities. Also, I like how he opened the door to have a class discussion. He gave a question that could
everyone relate but with different perspective. He used this strategy during his Philosophy class in Grade
12 students in HUMSS, GAS, TVL, ABM, and STEM.

Overall, Mr. Mamilic is a kind of teacher that all students need. Yes, he is a friendly teacher but
he did not over do it. He still has a borderline where the students must stay. He still prioritize the need
of the students and improve their prior knowledge by using different strategies to cater all his students
without being a bias.
