As per earlier shown design to booked customers- drop of zones and visitor carparks are at Podium level, now we
hear that all the visitor car parks and drop of zones moved to B1 . Customers have specifically asked about wheel
chair provision for elderly and physically challenged people at podium level.
Recent flood incidents have raised queries from the cutomers on arrangements if basement gets flooded as they
have seen water logging beside mall upto 4 feet at ground level.
The latest design shows all the visitorcarparks options propopsed behind tower C which will have below challenges:
