1. Before roaming around the campus upon entry, everyone must register
themselves at the Student Center. The 2-page Parental Consent Forms and
Insurance must be brought upon. Also, everyone should answer a test from the
Guidance Office. Incomplete documents shall be hold and, worst, might be
sent home.
2. Single-used Plastics, Cigarette, Illegal Drugs, and Alcoholic Liquors are strictly
prohibited.
3. Everyone should bring their own sleeping kits and personal necessities.
Flashlight is highly advised.
4. The canteen will be available for anyone interested to seek food and
beverages.

5. Delegates who want to go outside the campus must seek permission from the
organizers first. Beyond 10:00pm, no one is allowed to go outside anymore
unless for emergency purposes as confirmed by any competent officials.
6. Always be punctual. Be ready and settled at least 15 minutes before the forum
starts.
7. Using a comfort room or attending to personal necessities is highly encouraged
to be done prior to the program proper to avoid any distractions.
8. Be mindful of the clothes you wear while in the forum. Make sure that it is
decent.
9. Observe CLAYGO (Clean As You Go). For us to keep the areas clean at all
times.

10. When not asked to speak, please refrain from making unnecessary noises.
Observe proper etiquette.
11. Kindly turn off your cellular phone or put it on silent mode in order to not
disturb the program.
12. Respect the speakers by listening attentively.
13. Make sure that you are able to bring note-taking materials as these are
essential in everyday’s activity. If you have any questions or concerns,
kindly note them down and reserve them for shall be catered right after
the forum.
14. It is recommended to participate actively in the program specifically on the
open forum to raise clarifications and queries.

15. Engage, collaborate, and socialize with your fellow student leaders.

16. During the workshop, everyone must feel free to express opinions and
concerns. Everyone should contribute to a safe and non-judgemental
environment.
17. Stay focused on the forum. If necessary, avoid multitasking.
18. Always check your belongings. Please do not leave your things
unattended.

19. Turn-off the lights, electric fans, and other power connections once
everyone is leaving the assigned rooms.

20. Excessive octopus wiring and connecting heavy appliances (e.g. Rice
Cooker, Heater) are strictly prohibited in the quarters.

21. Any violation of o these rules shall be subject to disciplinary actions by the
organizers and the Administration.
22. Have fun! Be a proactive leader and learn from this experience.
