Compound Safety and Security Supervisor

Organize and oversee all security operations of the compound. Identify
hazards and threat to safety. To ensures that the highest security and safety
standards are being implemented by the security team. Report directly to Compound
General Manager. Work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week on duty but constantly
monitoring the security team and can be call upon under any circumstances at any
time.

The goal is to create and preserve an environment where residents / tenants,

employees, visitors and property are safe and well-protected.

 Coordinate with Compound Management and supervisors to discuss

important safety and security matters.
 Prepare the Security team work schedule and assignments
 Conduct training of security teams.
 Conduct department and safety meetings.
 Spot checking and conduct patrols in line with SOP’s
 Ensure that all security systems like CCTV’s are working properly.
 Safety and security induction to new employees.
 Investigate and submit comprehensive report of accidents / incidents and
near misses.
 Submits recommendation if safety hazards are identified in the compound
premises.
 Respond to alarms and distress calls
 Take the lead on responding to any emergencies, accidents and incidents.
 Giving First Aid to injured person.
 Inspect security equipment
 Keep all the safety and security documents
 Ensure the cleanliness of the Security Room.
