- Internal pressure is the pressure you put on yourself. Work-related stress that you make
of yourself can be caused by poor work organization or poor work design. The way you
design jobs and work systems, and the way you manage them is not good enough.
- Besides, lack of control over work processes is a worrying problem that you have to
face:
o You start to have doubts about your ability, lose confidence and feel overwhelmed
to take charge of this job.
o It begins to affect your mindset, as self-confidence gives way to self-doubt.
o You always feel depressed, maybe have the absence of engagement in the job, and
want to quit because of the bad results of the work you've done before.
* Internal pressure can be a demand by yourself to work harder and achieve more.
* One of the consequences of pressure is stress. Stress isn’t always bad. Stress in the
workplace is very important in some cases.
Sometimes you do the best possible job with stress. You even need good stress to stay
motivated and productive. If you've found that you enjoy working in a challenging
environment, you absolutely will focus and work better under such pressure.
