NON- COUNTABLE NOUN

NON- COUNTABLE NOUN ARE NOUNS WITHOUT


PLURAL FORM, THEY ONLY HAVE A SINGUYLAR FORM.

Meaning to say, these are nouns without any plural


form. It is a origins, or basic forms.

Are we clear class?

Non countable can be also refers to as mass nouns in


some examples.

Here are the examples of countable noun and non-


countable noun in the same sentence.

• I put a glass ( countable noun) of water ( non-


countable noun) on the table.

- A glass is a countable noun, because this is only
refers to one 1 glass. It is preceded by an article “a”.

So water is an non- countable noun. Because it is a mass


noun. It cannot be counted. It doesn’t have a plural

Bowl is a countable noun. Which is only 1 bowl, it is - student read the sentences.
