- Reduction of cost in the purchase and sale of cars.
- Reducing costs of mechanical spare parts and repairs.

Role: General Financial Manager.

Accomplishments:

- Reduce importation costs.


- Financial sales projections for the next three years.
- Signing long-term contracts with the most reliable suppliers.

Suminsur, S.A. de C.V. From: August 2006 to April 2011 (Málaga, Spain)

Import and marketing of all types of screws.

Role: Director Manager of Importations

Goal:

- Help reduce operating costs through imports and/or viable opening of own
branches.

Accomplishments:

- Increased imports by 100%. It wet from the import of one container weekly to two
container weeklies from 2006-2007.

- Opening of a new Branch in early 2008.


- Increased imports again to 50%, moving two containersto three containers per
week between 2008-2009.
- A new ware house of 1,000 square meters is acquired, for storage and distribution in
2009.
- A second Branch opens in June 2009 at the height of the crisis.
- By June 2010, imports are reduced by 50%while keeping the four branches open
and operating at 70% capacity.

Elecluma, S.A. de C.V . From: July 2001 to July 2006 (Málaga, Spain)

Company oriented in the sales of electrodes for specialized welding.

Capitalist partner of the company already created. (2001)

Goal:

- Increase sales and position the brand of Magna Special Electrodes in the
market and look for expansion alternatives with new products.

Accomplishments:

- Magna’s sales increased by 150% in 2002.


- The national market and its needs are more analyzed, looking for more
affordable welding to les specialized markets and costumers.
- Investment in new electrodes and welding materials to offer cheaper
alternatives to our customers and increase the client portfolio.
- Development of our own Brand Aleanova.
- Partnerships are reached with manufactures from India and China, to make up
and boost our new brand in electrodes, welding wire and reverse.

The ALEANOVA Brand was exported to Mexico and had five representatives.

Role: Manager and Director of meat imports and production.

Goals:

- Acquisition of new machinery.


- Development and expansion of the Brand La Española from local to regional.
- Incorporation and development of new and artisan products.
