services for our customers and complying with public health advice, including mandates in
relation to COVID-19 vaccinations.

Although COVID-19 continues to be present in our communities, some Government vaccination

mandates have now been revoked.

ISS employees (including new employees) are no longer required to be vaccinated against
COVID-19 unless required by a public health directive or customer .

ISS will continue to comply with all public health directives and client requirements in relation to
managing COVID-19 risks.

COVID-19 Testing

Employees should get tested for COVID-19 if they experience any symptoms or are directed to
do so by public health authorities. Employees may also be required to be tested for COVID -19
