    On June 27th, 2022, an inspector performed a daily site inspection and found several safety issues. Protruding rebar was not cut, a gas cylinder was left on the ground unattended, stair access was improper in an excavation, scaffolding was not properly checked, workers were not wearing proper PPE during painting and working at heights. PT. Pulau Intan was required to address the findings and provide evidence of corrective actions taken.

    Performed daily site inspection, found unsafe
    condition the protruding rebar was not cut
    immediately, potentially causing someone to
    stumble or get stuck

    equipment (safety helmets, safety goggles, safety
