DOROPORT® TB is a range of special binders, consisting of a combination of hydraulic

compounds, Portland cement clinker and other minor components used for stabilizing and
improving the physical, mechanical and chemical properties of natural aggregates and soils.

The DOROPORT® TB binder range includes several products, depending on their strength category
(SR EN 13282-1:2013):
• DOROPORT® TB 15 (HRB E2 type)

DOROPORT® TB

Properties
DOROPORT® TB is a fine gray powdery material.
Combined with cohesive and non-cohesive soils,
DOROPORT® TB forms a mixture that can be easily
applied and compacted, increasing the load-bearing
capacity of the road layer where it is applied.
The strength class of DOROPORT® TB is determined
based on the SR EN 196-1 standard.
The setting time is determined based on the SR EN 196-3
standard.
Ti = 3 hours approximately
Tf = 5 hours approximately
By adding an optimal percentage of water to the mixture,
the processing time on site can be up to a maximum of 8
hours. DOROPORT® TB behaves extremely well when
used in environments with sulfate aggression, which
enables it to be used in combination with sulfate-
containing soils, thus helping their proper consolidation.

Instructions for use
DOROPORT® TB shall be applied:
1. by spreading it directly over the material with which the
mixture is made
2. by mixing it "in-situ" with a specialized equipment
(mixing mills, recyclers, etc.) or with special fixed or
mobile installations, followed by:
3. on-site transportation using a dumper
4. commissioning (application and compaction)
5. protection
DOROPORT® TB is used as a weight percentage of the
material with which the mixture is made, depending on
the preliminary laboratory tests results. The final
percentage of DOROPORT® TB is determined after the
test sector is performed and the interpretation of the
obtained results.

Shelf life
• 60 days from its delivery date, by complying with the
transport and storage conditions provided in the
declaration of conformity of the product.
Note
• When in contact with water, DOROPORT® TB has an alkaline reaction. If it
accidentally comes in contact with the skin, remove the product by rinsing with
plenty of water.
• If it accidentally come in contact with the eyes, seek medical advice
immediately.
