Welcome to Marunda 2.0 Project 2021 Year End Lunch celebration!
How are you today? We are hoping everybody is doing great and feeling healthy.

Indri Today’s session is held to celebrate year end as well as to convey appreciation and gratitude
towards our project team that has continuously shown us hard work, dedication, and excellence
throughout the year. So, to start, let’s give a big round of applause to our project team.

Summary Let’s start with summary of today’s agenda.

Agenda First, we will have ice breaker quiz and continue with the opening speech by our PM Tony.
Next, we will check out a reflection video prepared by our committee, followed by recognition
award presented by PMT.
Last, we will have closing and prayer, then we will go straight to energy hub for year-end special
lunch buffet.

Ice Breaker Cipta So, without further ado, let's start our ice breaker quiz!
We will have 30 trivia questions about various topics, the first one to raise hand and answer

even better for our project and our personal life.
4-5 Reflection Cipta Let us continue to our next agenda which is reflection video. Special thanks to our committee who
prepared the video, we hope this video will be a good reminiscence of what we have achieved
during the past year and motivation to achieve more next year. So, team, please enjoy the video.

6 Recognition Indri Now it’s time for the exciting moment. Which we called a Project Recognition. In this session, there
Award will be several awards categories with the winners that we have chosen from our colleague member
who has an outstanding merit in his/her work. The categories are:
Care recognition, Control Excellence, Engineer Excellence, Quality Innovation, Effective
Commissioning, Efficient Construction, Cost Optimization and HSSE, LSR and Best Intervene.
Each awards category will be announced by the respective leader and we kindly ask the leader and
the winner to take pictures together.
