Shown in Table 9 above is the assesment of the respondents in terms of

Littering. It is indicated that the fourth indicator, “recycling single-used plastics can

reduce littering”, got the highest”, got the highest weighted mean wiith 3.53 and is

interpreted as “Highly Aware”. Meanwhile the third indicator, “Flooding is frequently

caused by littering because it prevents water from flowing freely”, got a weighted
mean of 3.50 with a verbal interpretation of “Highly Aware”. The second indicator,

“Learning, or improper disposal of waste can cause many problems that effect

humans, animals, and the environment”, with a weighted mean of 3.49 is interpreted

as “Highly Aware”. Lastly, the first indicator, “Throwing plastics in streams,and canals

may be unslightly and unplesant to smell”, got 3.39 weighted mean , which is

interpreted as “Highly Aware”. The Assessment of the Respondents in terms of

Littering has an overall weighted mean of 3.53 with a verbal interpretation of “Highly

Aware”.
