Steps I took to accomplish my SMART Goal:

STEPS TAKEN EVIDENCE TO PROVE WHAT I DID

I made my outline for where I would like my
information to be placed on my pamphlet.
I had a conference with my mentor on Monday night
and went over my annotated bibliographies. It helped
her get a grasp on where I stand on my project. I
also got my mentor sheet signed
 I researched more on my project. I also got in touch
with one of my grandma’s old therapists who
speacalized on the ACL

Employability skills that I worked on this month and specific ways I have improved. How have you shown
growth with the goals listed above? Do you need to make any adjustments? Which skill has been the hardest
for you to practice and improve? Why?:
I have shown growth by becoming a LOT more familiar with my project as well as the area around the knee as
well. I have also discovered more about the joints and function of the knee as a whole. I need to work more on
my website and insert pictures of my documents on my website.

What I have learned since my last conference: (brief reflection on learning and evidence)

I have learned that the ACL is a complicated thing in some cases it can be fully repaired and in other cases it
cannot depending on the significant damage out on the knee.

SMART Goal I am going to work on for next month:

Have my Full and Final draft of my pamphlet done so that I can get in touch with a printer and get it done.
