Buttercream:
1 cup butter, at room temperature (225 grams)
1 cup all-purpose or heavy cream (225 grams)
1 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons instant coffee powder
procedure
1.) sift flour, coffee,cocoa
2.) add chocolate chips (optional)
3.) beat butter and sugar, add egg gradually after smoothen
4.) alternatively add dry ingredients and apc
