Reflection

During my two years of studies at Trimex Colleges, I consistently used Microsoft Word Office to
complete tasks and assignments. I constantly input texts and other valuable info for my activities here.
While I'm doing this, I've found that MS Word includes a spelling checker that will automatically fix my
typographically incorrect sentences. And when creating things like charts and graphic organizers, I used
to check MS Word for the first time to see whether it had a feature like this. So, I click "Insert" at the top
of the tab names and that's it; I saw the contents and tried to click "Smart Art" and "Chart" to see if
that's it. And I have a lot of options to choose what type of smart art graphic like a Venn Diagram that it
is a very common widely used diagram when having a comparing and contrast. I used also in Smart Art
the Matrix, List, Process graphic here. I also used to insert Pictures, Shapes as well as Icons as my
symbols. I’m looking forward someday if ever to experience also the Chart like column, pie, bar, line
graphs and other charts. In spacing of paragraph, I click “Layout” on tab names and by selecting text or
paragraph, I have also options to change how much space appears After and before of it. And back to
“Home” tab, I have also a lot of options. I used to Bold my text for my details at the top of my Word
Document. I also to change the font color in some important texts, Italicizes the texts and highlighting.

It was simple to use the Microsoft Word Office on my laptop when I was exploring it. I used it
with my classmates to conduct research, create resumes, and write letters during my time in high
school, so I was already familiar with it when I got my brand-new laptop with MS Word. And saving my
documents to the File Explorer is simple and convenient. As I work with Microsoft Word Office, I wish to
discover more features and techniques. And those were my Microsoft Office working experiences.
