1. “A cloud service provider (CSP) is a third-party company that provides scalable

computing resources that businesses can access on demand over a network, including
cloud-based computer, storage, platform, and services.”
2. A Platform as a Service (PaaS) is a type of cloud service that allows cloud customers to
run their own applications without having to manage underlying servers.
3. Two benefits of cloud computing are flexibility and data recovery. Cloud computing is
flexible to a user’s needs. Whether they want to customize applications or access
services, cloud computing makes it possible anywhere with an internet connection.
Users can also expect data recovery with cloud computing. Unforeseen events that put
data at risk are now safer with cloud-based solutions and automatic backups.
4. One disadvantage of cloud computing is its dependency on the internet. If there is a
problem with the internet, then users will find it hard to access what they need.
