Eat healthy

There are some ways to have a good health in our life. First of all, we should have a
reasonable diet. For example, we should eat more nutrition food instead of smoking or
using alcoholic drinks. It is very important because what we eat highly affects our health.
Besides, we can do exercise every morning such as: walking, jogging, riding bicycle and so
on to keep fit. That helps us to have a well-proportioned body and always in good spirit.
Finally, sleeping is also very important so we must sleep enough. If we sleep enough we will
be high-spirited. We should not stay up late because it is harmful to our health. In short, we
just need to try our best to take care of ourselves. Having a good health, we can do
whatever we want and can get success in our life.
