synthesis about the importance of table tennis and other sports in our day to day
activities

Playing Table Tennis competitively is very demanding. It’s a hard game

to play, both singles and doubles. To be good, one must have excellent strength
and muscle tone, lots of agility and flexibility, be able to concentrate for a
sustained period of time, to be very quick on one’s feet, and then there’s
strategy, which means using your mind. It all comes together in Table Tennis.
Please understand I am not comparing Tennis Table with other sports here, just
focusing on Table Tennis.
Being good at Table Tennis takes endless practice and body
conditioning. You must be able to handle defeat well. Poor sportsmanship can
ruin one’s game. You must learn to accept defeat as a motivation to play better.
Everything I’ve written speaks to health benefits, both physical and mental.
Anyone who wants to get into shape, or stay in shape, can do so playing Table
Tennis. Give Table Tennis a try, your body will thank you, and so will your mind.
I have one caution to offer, learn to move and swing in a way that promotes
health in your joints.
An intense game of table tennis stimulates mental alertness and
concentration and develops mental acuity. Improving and reflexes. Due to the
fast-paced, short-distance nature of the sport, both gross and fine muscle
movements are improved. It's easy on the joints.

importance of table tennis and it’s benefit is that it keeps my mind
clean, clear and focused. You have to come up with various
strategies to outsmart your opponent and you have to train your
brain to know how fast the ball is coming your way, so you can
line up the perfect hit. Table tennis is a typical sport that is easy to
start, but very hard to be excellent. Table tennis is not just hitting
the ball with a paddle. Physically, it contains accuracy, speed,

the field?
 Though it was considered to be played outside by most of the
people. People consider it as outdoor game mainly because they
play it out of there house in open space. Actually it is played within a
closed environment. Badminton is played indoor to prevent the
shuttle from being affected by the external force that is air. The
reason for it to be played inside closed environment is that the flow
of the wind should not alter the speed and direction of the shuttle.
3. In your opinion, is it really matter to execute proper holding of the
shaft in the badminton? Why or why not.
 Yes, because a good badminton game starts with how you hold your
racket which is the most important basic step. A good grip on
badminton rackets can reduce injuries, increase the range of shots
and produces more efficient hits. A player may get carried away with
the game that the first essential thing to do is forgotten hence results
in poor performance and multiple mistakes during game. Incorrect

VIDEO SYNTHESIS

Watch the Badminton Video Tutorial in YouTube with this link

the Badminton single and double game will be played including the rules and
regulations of the game. Utilize the spaces provided below for your write- ups.
Please don’t miss to subscribe the channel.

Badminton can be played as singles or doubles. In singles, the

server starts from the right service court, and will serve from that side
every time they have an even amount of points. A player serves from the
left every time they have an odd amount of points. Each player will retain
serve for as long as they keep winning points. For single game, singles
match in badminton features one player on each side of the net. The
player will get more of a cardiovascular workout in a singles game than
in a game of doubles, because you are responsible for the entire side of
your court. And for the doubles according to badminton rules and
regulations for doubles, the side of doubles that win a rally adds a point
to its score. When both sides reach 20 all, the side which gains a 2-point
lead first, wins that game. When both sides reach 29 all, the side scoring
the 30th point, wins that game.
