OBJECTIVES
GENERAL OBJECTIVE:
Establish a marketing strategy for the creation of a commercial venture on vehicle
beautification products, to position the brand and contribute to the environment by
reducing water consumption in vehicle washes.
Specific objectives
o Analyze market opportunities, based on studies of sites that promote
automotive beauty products.
o Define the marketing, sales, and financial strategies to follow to achieve the
success of the product.
o Obtain the technical characterization of the main product to be developed in
the venture.
SUMMARY
Nowadays, and mainly in the city of Bogota, there has been a notorious increase of
all types of vehicles that allow Bogotanos to move effectively to their different
destinations. However, this has also helped to develop a need in each of the
people who have in their possession any type of automobile, as they seek to
maintain the physical characteristics for which they initially bought their vehicles,
this pride leads to a greater use of these products, and seek to create new ones
that offer better results, taking care of the environment and with the quality
necessary for the consumer to be satisfied.
This growing need helps to redirect the existing market, looking for a product that
meets these characteristics so that it can serve all types of cars, and present the
facility to be used in different beauty establishments without discriminating their
different properties and thus be used both in public establishments dedicated to
this type of service, as in the homes of potential consumers.

The main results that were found through the study of the proposed objectives
were mainly in the scheme to perform the characterization of each of the products
that Avencar plans to market to have on the radar each of the needs proposed by
potential customers. In addition to this, a proper understanding was given to the
structure that will lead the marketing strategy that will be applied in the future.
Generating a long-term compliance goal, in order to reach the positioning and
recognition of the brand.

Survey results
According to the survey conducted and seeking a first segmentation of the
market, 30 responses were obtained, which allow us to know the needs of
target consumers, this survey presents a feasibility for the acquisition of
wholesale products, and that maintain the initial characteristics of the
product.

With each of the studies reviewed, it was concluded that for Avencar it
is important to specify a marketing strategy focused on locating the needs
of customers by location zones to identify each of the establishments that
use this type of products for marketing. According to the strategies
previously consulted, potential buyers are focused on car washes,
motorcycles, bicycles, servitecas and any type of vehicle, this strategy
would achieve in the future that the company has a growth through its
brand and a viable economic development.
In addition to having this future projection, Avencar managed to find an
advertising strategy that allows through physical communication to be
known as a brand and help the effective marketing of its products. This
public strategy is based on the creation of a flyer where buyers can find
basic information about the products offered so they can purchase them.

Firstly, it can be seen that the path taken for the research of the project has been
adequate to achieve Avencar's main objective. Secondly, it is understood that not
all the strategies that had been on the radar are adequate to guide this project,
since not all of them comply with the characteristics of the enterprise to be
strengthened or the product to be developed. As a final part, we begin to establish
the strategy so that within the next two years we can find the best way to apply the
different advertising methods already studied and thus detect the appropriate
marketing strategy to make Avencar known as a brand.
