HRH MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT

Assist the LGUs in determining the HRH gap


based on the staffing standards for health
facilities and/or assessment of current
workload of staff
 Assist in the documentation and sharing of good practices/ innovations
 Recommend equitable distribution of HRH (i.e. GIDAs, IP/ICC) within the locality
 Provide other TA on HRH MD (as applicable) or link with CHD HRDU
 Link with CHD PMs or CHD HRDU for the training needs in health of LGU HRH and DOH HRH
 Recommend HRH recognition strategies/ PPAs to LGUs/ CHDs (e.g. rewards, incentives, etc)

DOH HRH augmentation from NHWSS
